After eight amazing years at the Baptiste Institute, I have chosen to take the next step in my work as a teacher. I feel blessed to have this opportunity and look forward to this new path. I want to acknowledge all who have encouraged me during this transition. This has been a profound experience because of the love that came through from you.

In the next few months I am teaching locally in the Boston area, and will travel monthly to Northampton Mass to conduct workshops and trainings at Shiva Shakti. I am expanding my School Yoga Program with the Cambridge Public Schools, and will be seeking to increase our teaching staff and funding for the upcoming year. In addition to other Boston area projects, I will be leading Teacher Study Groups that will serve as a mentoring and training ground for local teachers or those wishing to take the first step towards becoming a yoga teacher.
